ideally (not required):
-in SF (or at least on California time zone)
-excellent verbal/written/vocal comm skills
-prev remote collab experience (even something as simple as a few open source contributions is good)
-self learner, dedicated, curious, what can go wrong will go wrong mentallity
-takes things seriously but laughs too
-comfortable with teamviewer and Signal messaging app
