What tools does Jeremy use?

I wanted to know what all tools does Jeremy recommend/use?
e.g. Tmux and Jupyter were quite useful tools.

Also, I noticed that Jeremy notebook looks a bit different that the default one (like it supports markdown folding etc.), so what extensions are used for that?

If you install nbextensions there are a bunch of options, including code folding, etc.

jeremy also uses collapsible headings(i think) in jupyter notebooks. They are awesome.
you can get them from nbextensions
