Use partial data function?

For fastai2, is there a function like use_partial_data to add to a DataBlock?
Or a similar functionallity to use for the higher level API?

Couldnt’ find it yet in dev.fast.ai

We have a RandomSubsetSplitter that uses partial data :slight_smile:
