Unable to download notebook as .ipynb file

I can’t seem to download the notebook as an .ipynb file from Jupyter notebook. I get a " 500 : Internal Server Error". I’m using Gradient. Has this happened to anyone before and what is the solution? It is still able to download it as a.py file…
