I am looking for people who are involved in music education (but not only music), to create a comprehensive platform that addresses all or most aspects of teaching and administration in conservatories and music schools.
Such a platform could become a complete ecosystem for music education, offering tools for both students for students, teachers, institutions and professional musicians.
I have more than 25 years of teaching experience in a conservatory, and knowledge of Python, TensorFlow (little), Supercollider, Fastai, Lilypond.
If anyone is interested in applying the knowledge acquired in this community to education, perhaps we could create something innovative and efficient to improve the quality of education and make it more accessible to all.
Best regards
Hello,
Your vision for a comprehensive platform for music education is inspiring! With your extensive teaching experience and knowledge in technology, you have a strong foundation to build something truly impactful.
Here’s a brief outline of how you might proceed with this initiative:
Form a Team: Reach out to individuals with expertise in music education, software development, user experience design, and administration. You could post on forums related to music education, technology communities, or LinkedIn to find like-minded individuals.
Define Objectives: Clearly outline the goals and objectives of the platform. Consider the needs of students, teachers, institutions, and professional musicians. Identify key features such as practice tracking, lesson planning, performance assessment, and administrative tools.
Create a Prototype: Start with a minimum viable product (MVP) that includes the core features. Use your programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, Supercollider, Fastai, and Lilypond to develop the initial version. Collaborate with other developers to integrate additional functionalities.
User Feedback: Engage with potential users to gather feedback on the prototype. This will help you refine the platform and ensure it meets the needs of the target audience.
Expand and Enhance: Continuously improve the platform by adding new features and enhancements based on user feedback. Consider incorporating advanced technologies such as machine learning for personalized learning experiences.
Promote and Launch: Once the platform is ready, promote it through various channels such as social media, music education conferences, and collaborations with music institutions. Launch the platform and provide support to users.
Your passion for improving music education and making it accessible to all is commendable.
Best regards,
Sarah
