Starting VM Instance Failed on GCP

I tried starting my AI notebook vm instance on GCP and I got this error message:

Starting VM instance "dl1" failed. Error: The zone 'projects/fast-ai-project-XXXXX/zones/us-west1-b' 
does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later.

For me as well, same region. Yesterday it was working, today message about no resources is displayed. Did you try another region or does it work now for you?

I am unable to move the VM to another region as VM has to be powered on to move it…

Hello @fgvardijan - I haven’t tried moving to a different region. I was thinking of recreating the instance in another region.

I created another instance in us-east1-c. It is working.
