Somebody used fastai to play Fall Guys!

I was impressed to see that ClarityCoders put out a YouTube video where they trained a CNN to determine which button to press in the game Fall Guys at every point in time, treating the frame (image) as a classification problem. And they do this using fast.ai! There’s a nice Reddit discussion as well.

What great posts, I have been cracking my brains on how to use fastai to teach my robot how to operate a remote control. This could be the missing link.

I imagine it must have been pretty tough to train an AI to decide which button to press just by looking at the game screen. When I’m not watching AI play games, I like to stick to the classics. I’ve been playing a lot of solitaire lately. Well, if you want something simple and calming, you might enjoy playing solitaire too.
