Should i download ILSVRC2013 -- CLS-LOC Dataset or model in Lesson 3

I am having difficulty locating the CLS-LOC dataset in the imagenet site. Can you please provide me the links from which I can download.

Or should I download the model instead of the data.

It appears that these datasets are no longer hosted by Kaggle, but they can still be found on academictorrents.
