I was trying out the Kaggle API, following the instructions in the book to download ‘bluebook-for-bulldozers’ … got my API key and clicked on ‘I understand and accept’ the rules on the competition page … it didn’t seem to do anything and the competition didn’t show up in my list of active competitions… and when I ran the downloader code I just get a 403 error about ‘I must accept the rules’ … which I did …
Not sure what’s going on … any ideas?
Also - could not find any documentation on the python kaggle api used in the book … where is that?
