Problem with URLs class

I am repeatedly getting the same error with path = untar_data(URLs.PETS) : <urlopen error [Errno -3] Temporary failure in name resolution>.

I even tried replacing PETS with the other dataset names provided in the documentation.

You don’t mention where you are running this. If Kaggle, have you enabled internet access? Product Update: Enable Internet Access on Kernels | Kaggle
