Need to shut down the instance I created?

I need help shutting down and instance I created.

Background:
I requested a service limit increase and created a GPU instance (followed Jeremy’s video)
I can get Jupyter notebooks working well.
I’m trying to shut down the instance but cannot find it under Console > Instances (i.e. it’s not showing up at all).

Is this a glitch? Have you seen this as well? And if so, how have you dealt with it?

You might be in the wrong region in console. I am not sure there exists a way to look at instances in across all regions. Here are instructions on changing the region.
