we must have minimum 22 observations in each characteristics of the data.This has to be in Training, Test and validation.
I have a question of each characteristics. lets say, I have a column with 5 distinct categories and another with 10 distinct categories. Do i need to have minimum sample size of 22 for each combination of two columns categories?
