Thank you for sharing Michael’s paper. It’s a bit too long for me to understand as a non-English native speaker. I don’t think I agree with him about sharing the decks. I am an open-source advocate and I am from Hong Kong China. Thus, we should share. Comrade! 
But I respect Michael’s personal preference.
