Jupyter Notebook does not run any epochs

Hi.

I’ve been having this issue for a week with my local Jupyter notebook, which prevents me from utilizing my own GPU and instead be stuck with Colab. I have all of the necessary packages installed but the moment I run the cell for my epochs, I only see this.
