Is fast.ai a nonprofit?

I was wondering, is fast.ai officially a nonprofit organization? It seems like it, but I haven’t seen a conclusive statement to this effect.

Perhaps @jeremy or @rachel could comment on this? I’ve been asked by several people, but couldn’t answer with any certainty.

We don’t have any revenue - so we don’t make any profit - but we don’t have the time to do the stuff needed to actually register as a 501c3 non-profit and maintain that status.
