Removing Tattoos will need image pairs but as now there are no available datasets. I have created a synthetic dataset by blending Line art and Real images of people.

One idea: what about the inverted model? Get tattoos visually on your skin, which would allow anyone who wants to get a tattoo to have an idea of the result. Make sense?
