How to pin a post?

Hi,

Is there a way we can pin a published post on fastpages?

I have one post which is sort of recurrent in a way that I will periodically add stuff to it.

One way I can think of is to change the date to some future date. However, then the date of the last post update is not accurate.

Is there any other way?
