I ran into same issue. Fixed by changing this line:

i = torch.min(torch.nonzero(clas_tgt-self.pad_idx))

To this:

 i = torch.min(torch.nonzero(clas_tgt - self.pad_idx)) if sum(clas_tgt) > 0 else 0
