I am trying to set up a notebook server on Google Cloud by following these steps: Google Cloud Platform | Practical Deep Learning for Coders
However, I am getting some permission error with running the following line
conda install -c fastai -c pytorch fastai
I have attached a screenshot of the error. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have no clue what is happening.
