My wife’s car (and her inside) was hit by a car. The police did nothing therefore I am trying to build a Gan to retrieve the license plate of the car because the picture is dark and blurry. I have the footage and some other pictures I tried to train. I will be glad to get some help to build the Gan. I have a notebook on kaggle
