Fastpages not getting initial PR

I just copied the Repo in my account and I have tried it a few times but am not getting the initial PR

Encountered the same issue. Changed the permissions to

. Once set move to the actions at the top, click Initial commit and re-run the failed job.

The pull request arrives as expected in the instructions.
