Hello! I am sorry if this is a silly question, but I made an account on Paperspace, I created a machine, but it seems to move very slowly and it also gets stuck often. For example I type the password, press Enter the cursor goes to the next line but nothing happens. Or when I start it, it’s just a black screen with the cursor, without asking for the password at all and without having the layout that appears after you type the password. I also get Broken Pipe/Connection timed out error a lot. I am connecting from Boston and I use a reliable university Wifi connection. Moreover (which is the bigger problem) when I type curl http://files.fast.ai/setup/paperspace | bash I get this error: rm: cannot remove ‘/etc/apt/apt.conf.d/.’: No such file or directory Can someone please help me with any of this issues? (I am sorry if this question has been posted before, it’s my first day and I really want to get started, so I didn’t scroll through too many old posts). Thank you!
That sounds like something you’d need to contact paperspace support about.
