Did you guys hear about CrowdAI? It’s a competition platform like Kaggle. This year, they hosted a lot a very nice stuff, including the NIPS learning to run challenge.
They just published a new competition aiming at «generate music that we humans find beautiful». The winner of the competition will be invited at the Applied machine learning days at EPFL, Switzerland, with «travel and accommodation covered (up to $2000)» – a truly wonderful place to visit!
Also, «the top five models will at the end each generate a piece of music that will be performed live on stage at the Applied Machine Learning Days», which is an awesome idea I think!
Would anyone be interested to participate?
