Hi everyone! I have to train high-resolution images (around 4000 x 4000 px) for image-classification. If I downscale the images then I’ll cost me accuracy and which is the most important part in my case. If I create my own CNN model then I won’t be able to use transfer learning. Is there any pre-trained CNN model for high-resolution images?

AFAIK, no.
Regardless, to train with such kind of images, you got to use very expensive hardware resources (at least a cloud instance with 8-16 telsa v100-32gb), and your training will be tremendously slow.
