Cant follow course using Google Cloud

Hello!

So I just started the course and I’m using GCP to host my server; I went through the setup tutorial published on
https://medium.com/@howkhang/ultimate-guide-to-setting-up-a-google-cloud-machine-for-fast-ai-version-2-f374208be43 but I’m unable to follow through with the lessons and I cant find any files that the professors mention inside my jupyter notebook. Is it because the v3 version is not yet live on https://course.fast.ai/lessons ? Should I use another tutorial to start right now the course?

I cannot set up the GCP for fast-ai-v3 (2019) class following https://course.fast.ai/start_gcp.html and in the last step when I connected to localhost:8080/tree, it gives me the ERROR: Cannot find template: “403.html” In “/usr/local/share/jupyter/lab/static”
