I’m American, but I just moved to Brazil last year with my wife. I have a PhD in Materials Science Engineering but have started a new career path in education. I love building and wanted to learn more about AI technology. I’ve done a lot of thinking about the ethical and philosophical concerns related to AI but have never worked with one practically. So I’m brushing off my college programming skills. Got a python refresher and am jumping in headfirst to fastai. Any help and advice on this journey is greatly appreciated.
