I earned a BA and an MA in Statistics with many distinctions from Boston University in 2009. After working with big (genetic) data at Biogen Idec in Cambridge, MA, for 15 months, I enrolled in UC Berkeley’s Statistics PhD program in 2010. After two years at Cal, I took a leave of absence and founded a highly successful educational services company in South Florida. That journey has been incredibly educational, rewarding, and exciting, but the time has come to use my strong analytical background to work on projects that have a bigger impact on the world.
