Thank you. Option 2 worked for me.
I have installed fastai using anaconda3. Before that I removed AWS default anaconda2 and installed anaconda3
Installing notebook with pip able to launch my notebook at IP(AWS). But when remove notebook with pip and install it with conda. It’s not working
