Blog Post: Quick Guide for setting up PyTorch in Window in 2 mins For those who have an older GPU like me (Geforce 930M) that cannot run on PyTorch 0.3.1, please have a look on this.

I wrote a quick blog post on this. Please let me know if this helps. I can run first 1/3 lesson 9 notebook without seeing any error so far.
