I’ve found the solution to solve the problem in google colab.
Just go to this direction in your colab notebook and create or download the folder weights

! mkdir ../usr/local/lib/python3.6/dist-packages/fastai/weights

You can also use the command wget to download the files to that direction

files for the weights:
http://files.fast.ai/models/weights.tgz
