I need a way to create annotated video objects and am looking for some tools readily available for help.
I have tried VoTT: https://github.com/Microsoft/VoTT
It does a great job for CNTK specific formats but not for Pascal VOC format.
Is there any other tool or library that you have tried for video tagging or have heard of? Thanks in Advance.
