Its a very good tool for beginners. And you don’t require to learn shortcuts of an IDE, to go through the code.
I would like to know what do you use for going through the source code.

Definitely agree - particularly for code you’re just briefly looking at. I find vscode much faster once I know I’ll be working with the code a bit, so take the time to clone the repo.
