Registration is already open. Here is a link to the description of the problems to solve
Registration will close on the 13th of November - if anyone wants to join the task, I am sure there is a lot to learn.
I am currently considering to participate myself but I somehow believe that my abilites regarding CV and image processing are not good enough. On the other hand, who does not try can only lose?
