I believe its for students who are enrolled to the course at coursera.
You can apply for Financial aid at coursera to get access.
I can see the message is from 2017, but maybe there is an update since then?
Can you please share any testimonials from students who joined and got good results? How much is the course on Kaggle? And how do we cope if we start mid-way of the course, I’m presuming the course has already started, so has the study group.
