Server unavailable or unreachable

I’m running a VM on Azure and JupyterLab. I’m getting the following error:

Steps I took to solve the issue:

  1. Restarted the VM on Azure
  2. Refreshed the page and ran the notebook again

After doing the following I still keep getting the error message. I did some googling and it appears to be a connection issue with JupyterLab, but I’m not sure.

Any ideas on how to solve this?
