It’s more likely a figure of speech. On my 1080ti, the final style transfer optimizer (1000 iterations of comb loss) took 36.2 seconds.

Deep Painterly Harmonization really blows my mind. It’s almost hard to believe that the image on the right can be generated from the two left images with no photo editing (apart from simply cropping and pasting the face onto the painting). I almost want to print this out and hang it in my bedroom xD
