Object tracking

I am making a project to track cars in a video on an intersection of roads.

Please guide me towards a way that will provide high accuracy of tracking as cars come and leave the frame.

Look into object detection. Yolo/RetinaNet and watch Part 2 from last year. Jeremy goes into object detection in lesson 9 I believe or 8.
