Nbdev_export specific notebook to custom path

hi,

this issue: Using notebook2script without config.ini · Issue #592 · fastai/nbdev · GitHub
suggests that nbdev_export supports exporting a notebook to script to a custom path,
does this functionality really exist? I can’t find evidence that it does. Am i missing something?

Use nb_export, not nbdev_export, for this purpose.
