`lr_find()` learning rate plot xticks

Refer to the plot and description below.

I find it confusing how the description says lr=1e-2 but the xticks on the charts are 10^-n. When Jeremy says lr = 1e-2, does he mean the point on the chart that says 10^-2? Or are the x-axis labels on the chart wrong and it should have a base of 1 instead of a base of 10?

1e-2 is just another way of writing 10^-2. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scientific_notation#E-notation
