While trying to set up an Ubuntu Deep Learning P2 Instance (for use in my Practicum) I received this error, I read a couple of the other forums, and have changed my region to Oregon and attempted a g3 instance as an alternative but still seem to have no luck. I have requested a limit increase and am currently looking for alternatives. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
When you submit a limit increase request, mention fast.ai - AWS look out for requests from our students.
Also, Mindi and David have contacts there, so they can help you get your request approved. Perhaps you should ask them to do this for everyone in the deep learning class or doing DL practicums?
