Is the latest Raspberry Pi powerful enough to do inference by fastai?

Hi there,

I need to start my project - part 2, which needs to defect birds on IoT devices.
I have trained my model, I need some devices to run my trained model to do inference.

So far, I am considering the latest Raspberry Pi 4.
1. Could some one suggest is it powerful enough to do inference?

I saw it has 3 configurations: 1GB, 2GB and 4 GB.

2. If it’s not powerful enough to do inference, will adding Intel Movidius Neural Compute Stick enough to do inference? if yes, how?
