My task is to:
- to identify the sentiments of tweet as positive, negative or neutral.
- Neutralize positive or negative sentiments by adding/removing/replacing words from the tweet without changing the meaning.
There is no training data available for polar to neutral tweets.
Can someone give me suggest me reference for this? My main problem is 2.
