How to deploy to GitHub pages without nbdev_deploy?

Hello Community,

Do you know a way to deploy docs to GitHub pages using latest nbdev version >=2.3.4?
In previous versions I was able to use nbdev_deploy but seems deprecated probably in favor of GitHub Actions. I am deploying to GitHub Enterprise which happens does not have enabled GitHub Actions.
I opened this issue related to that.

I am running: ```bash execnb 0.1.3 py_…0 fastai fastcore 1.5.27 py_0 fastai ghapi 1.0.3 py_0 fastai nbdev 2.3.4 py_0 fastai ``` Before version 2.3.4 I was able to execute `nbdev_deploy` but is not available anymore. Worth to mention, am running `nbdev` behind the GitHub Enterprise with no GitHub Actions enabled (yet ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ) Any way I can manually deploy docs?

Appreciate suggestions.
