How long does AWS take to approve P2 limit increase request

I sent a request in for 1 limit increase on Sunday, got a reply a few hours later that they will service it but need to get approval from Service dept. Its been 2 business days and no word. Is that usual?

Yes, around 48 hours, but you can (should) bug them to keep attention to the ticket.

Just a recent data point…

In the last week or so I requested a P2 limit increase as described in the “AWS Deep Learning setup” video and last paragraph of:

FWIW, it took more than 12 hours, but less than 24.
