Hello everyone,
I’ve been working on GitPlus extension that lets you push commits & create GitHub pull requests directly from JupyterLab. Readme has much more information along with some demo videos. I’d love to get any feedback you might have.

This is great. This only works with Jupyter Lab and not Notebook? I have never used Lab before, I read somewhere Lab has issues rendering Altair charts. Any idea if thats true?

@datahog - Yes, GitPlus currently only supports JupyterLab 2.0 but a lot of people have been asking this question. So I’ve opened a feature request for GitPlus to extend support to classic notebook UI. Feel free to upvote, I’d like to build this only if enough people are interested.
