Fastai Tabular: How to use categorical variable as dependent variable?

Could anyone please explain how to use a categorical variable as the dependent variable using Fastai tabular? Does anything new have to be done when compared to the course or is the procedure the same?

Pass in a CategoryBlock for the y_block variable into TabularDataLoaders (see docs).
