Goal
The goal of DCL is to find differences between cells that may relate to cancer development and treatment.
Main aims
- Use standard bioinformatic methods to perform single cell lineage tracing
- Label cells and design a deep learning model that can classify the cells with some accuracy
- Identify the cellular characteristics that the model used to classify the cells
