I’m high school senior and intrested to study computer science in college. I’m not usa citizen so I know there might be some extra fees and I think I can’t apply to all scholarships. I hope that someone with this kind of knowledge might tell me is there schools where yearly tution fee can go as low as 0-5000$ a year. I searched some most famous schools like Berkley and of course university of San Fransico but in both schools tutions after scholarships are still 20K which is little bit too much. I know some schools pay PhD studies because these student may stay after graduating and that way pay the scholarship back but is there this kind of programs for students how are not graduated?
