Adding contact me on header and possible footer

I like to add contact me page and link it in the header. I could not find where I can manipulate to have about me , search , tag and contact
I know where are the files but I do not know where is the main file. I did inspect with browser and find where I should change in the file however can not find the file.
And how I can get ride of subscribe and its picture at the bottom.

Check the quarto.org docs, and add any extra stuff you want to custom.yml.
