Access Denied Error when making CloudFormation Stack for SageMaker

When I use any of the CloudFormation launch links from this page, I get these errors:

You must specify a Stack ID. Displaying your Stacks page.
S3 error: Access Denied For more information check Error Responses - Amazon Simple Storage Service

Trying to create a stack from the AWS console by pasting the template URL (https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/mmcclean-public-files/sagemaker-fastai-notebook/sagemaker-cfn-course-v4.yaml) also gives me an access denied error.

I do not know why this is happening. Last August, I could successfully create a stack using one of the links (but no longer have access to that stack/notebook). Any help would be much appreciated.

I have a similar problem. The S3 bucket that the CloudFormation file is pulled from changed its permissions.

Hi. Any news on this issue? I am still getting the same error (access denied) trying to access the S3 template file https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/mmcclean-public-files/sagemaker-fastai-notebook/sagemaker-cfn-course-v4.yaml
